Simply choose 2 New York experiences, browse the included digital guide for instructions (make sure to place reservations in advance where needed), and start exploring at your own pace - your Explorer Pass is valid for 60 days starting with your first attraction or tour. On the day show your digital pass at the gate or ticket office (together with any reservation confirmation if applicable) to be scanned and gain entry.
And rest assured should your travel plans need to change - you have 2 years from purchase date to begin using your pass.

Cancellation Policy: You can obtain refunds on unused passes for up to 90 days after purchase. Within the first 14 days you will receive a full refund. If your request falls between day 15 and day 90, your refund will be subject to a processing fee, as outlined in our terms and conditions. If your request falls outside of this 90-day window, you will not be eligible for a refund but will have two years in which to use your pass.
