Additional Information

Olympic Games | July 26 - August 11 & Paralympic Games | August 28 - September 8
The countdown is on to the Olympic and Paralympic Games! We’d like to take this opportunity to let you know what we’re doing to support customers visiting the city during this busy, but exciting, summer of sport.
With many events taking place on the streets of the city (and a floating opening ceremony on the River Seine!) there will be attraction and road closures plus changes to operating hours – particularly in the days leading up to and during the opening ceremony on July 26.
To help Go City customers navigate the city, we advise the following:
• Sync passes to the Go City app for attraction information and push notifications whilst in Paris
• Check individual attraction websites before travel
• Read our dedicated Olympics webpage on gocity.com (due to go live w/c July 15)

Cancellation policy: You can obtain refunds on unused passes for up to 90 days after purchase. Within the first 14 days you will receive a full refund. If your request falls between day 15 and day 90, your refund will be subject to a processing fee, as outlined in our terms and conditions. If your request falls outside of this 90-day window, you will not be eligible for a refund but will have two years in which to use your pass.
