ARE BAGS OR LUGGAGE PERMITTED IN AMWAY CENTER? Bags are prohibited inside Amway Center with the exception of parent or medical bags or small clutches no larger than 4 x 6 x 1.5 inches.
WHAT IS THE CAMERA POLICY AT AMWAY CENTER? Non-flash, still cameras are permitted. Cameras with detachable lenses longer than six inches when extended are prohibited. Selfie sticks, tripods, and GoPros are prohibited.
WHAT IS YOUR TICKET POLICY FOR CHILDREN? Any patron who is 36 inches or taller must have a ticket for entry. Children shorter than 36 inches are admitted for free but must sit on a patron’s lap.
WHERE CAN I FIND PARKING? The City of Orlando has several parking options surrounding Amway Center that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Rates vary from $10-$20 and may be cash only.
WHEN CAN I ARRIVE FOR THE GAME? Amway Center doors open 1 hour prior to tip-off. A game typically lasts between two to three hours.
HOW DO I ENTER AMWAY CENTER WITH MY TICKETS? The two primary entrances to Amway Center are the GEICO Garage
bridge located on the fifth level and the Disney Atrium on Church Street. Show your Magic tickets to scan into the building.
ARE THERE ANY KID-FRIENDLY ACTIVITIES AT AMWAY CENTER? Yes! Families can enjoy special activities, games and interactive
areas throughout Amway Center and pregame Fan Fest located outside on Church St. at select weekend games.
