There are over 50 locations across the UK and Ireland with studios offering this experience, all of them are equipped with up to date technology and knowledgeable professionals that will work with you to deliver the perfect picture of your family. They will capture your personalities and tell your family’s story in one very special complimentary image measuring 10in x 8 in that you can display in the home and cherish forever. You can bring props, memorabilia or even a change of outfit to help deliver the perfect image.

Additional Information
•Under 21s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
•At least two generations/three or more people must attend the portrait session. The maximum number of participants varies depending on location due to the size of the studio but the majority of the studios can take 10+ people at a time (please check when making your booking)
•You will receive one complimentary print. A p&p charge will be payable to cover Recorded Delivery of your print(s) at some locations. A fully refundable booking deposit of £35 must be paid at time of booking, this is refunded at viewing or if cancelled with at least 3 days prior notice to the session
•Most studios are open on selected weekdays and weekends throughout the year. All studios work by appointment only.
•We recommend you book at least four to six weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
•You should expect to spend 1 hour at the studio. The portrait session should last for approximately 30 minutes.
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Know before you go
Once you receive the confirmation from Virgin Experience days, you will need to have your serial number and pin number at the ready, and then click on "Activate to view booking instructions". This will then ask you to fill in some details, and once your voucher has been activated you will be able to view the full product information and booking instructions. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure you get a suitable date, but it will advise of the recommended lead booking time for your exact experience within the product information. All experiences must be booked and taken before their expiry date on the voucher.
