Outside professional photographers & Videographers are not allowed to take pictures or video on premisses.
Only Camera phones are permitted for use during the ceremony.
What to Bring
For legal ceremonies: A marriage license must be obtained by the couple prior to ceremony. A valid driver's license or a passport is needed to secure the license. The Marriage License Bureau is located at 201 E. Clark Ave. Cost $102, open 8am-12am everyday.
Renewals or commitment ceremonies: No license is necessary.
