Additional Information

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to tour departure
For the riding safety of everyone, guests must weigh at least 100 pounds (45kg) and not in excess of 260 pounds (118kg)
Riders must be able to easily and quickly step on and off the Segway without assistance, which requires physical abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs
Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in Segway tours due to the risk to both child and mother
All riders must be at least 16 years of age, as required by law in Italy
All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
All of our tours operate rain or shine
