Overview
Visitors to The View will start their journey at the roof plaza of Nakheel Mall, where they will find an interactive museum and gallery dedicated to the creation of Palm Jumeirah. From there, an elevator, complete with a floor-to-ceiling digital sea, sand and sky experience, will take them on the 45-second ascent to the observatory at the top of The Palm Tower, where they can marvel at the island beneath them, and enjoy breath taking views on levels 52 and 54. Once visitors have come back down to earth, they can refuel at The View café or browse the gift shop at the Nakheel Mall Rooftop.

•During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather.
"Kids Go Free" Summer Offer:
•Booking period & Offer validity: 01st May 2024 to 31st Aug 2024
• During the campaign, free entry is offered to kids below 12 years when accompanied by a paying adult and normal charges will apply if there are additional kids.
• The offer is valid only on General Admission & Fast Track Admission tickets and NOT applicable on any products with F&B elements.
Know before you go
•The ticket holder should arrive 15 minutes prior to the time shown on the ticket.
•Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit to The View and their visit shall be at this adult’s and/or their guardian’s risk. •No outside food or beverages are allowed at The View. • Large bags, shopping bags and/or strollers must be kept in lockers located near The View entrance. • The entire The View experience in Level 52 is wheelchair accessible while The View Next Level experience in Level 54 is accessible by stairs. • New operational timings for The View at the Palm from the 5th of October 2023 until further notice.
