You’ll begin with a choice of starters like the legendary tuna tartare, tomato and burrata, vibrant pea soup, or wagyu meatballs - each served with attitude. For mains, you can expect lamb chop, half roasted chicken, crispy salmon, or tofu fried rice which make the decision deliciously tough. A comforting side will pair well with your main, and for dessert, you’ll finish strong with a delicious sticky toffee pudding or an apple butterscotch cheesecake.
You can choose to upgrade to Ramsay's iconic Beef Wellington with a surcharge payable to the venue on the day.
Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Please book and take your experience before the expiry date.
This experience is available Monday to Friday and Sunday year-round. It is not available on Bank Holidays, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.

Confirmation from Virgin Experience days will be with you within 72 hours of booking, , you will need to have your serial number and pin number at the ready, and then click on "Activate to view booking instructions". We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure you get a suitable date, but it will advise of the recommended lead booking time for your exact experience within the product information.
