• Not all studios offer instant viewing – a convenient follow-up appointment will be arranged to view your images.
• Only one Experience can be redeemed per household within a 12-month period.
• A fully refundable deposit of £35.00 is required upon booking. This is refunded or deducted from additional orders at your viewing appointment. Missed appointments without 3 days’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
• Studios are independently operated; services including photography are the responsibility of each participating studio - Props and sets will vary depending on location
• Participation is subject to studio availability - Limited dates due to set up - please book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment and receive the image before xmas

Confirmation from Virgin Experience days will be with you within 72 hours of booking, , you will need to have your serial number and pin number at the ready, and then click on "Activate to view booking instructions". This will then ask you to fill in some details, and once your voucher has been activated you will be able to view the full product information and booking instructions. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure you get a suitable date, but it will advise of the recommended lead booking time for your exact experience within the product information. All experiences must be booked and taken before their expiry date on the voucher.
