Additional Information
* Pick-up can be from your hotel or private residence if the exact and clear location is provided. During winter pickup timing is between 14:30-15:00 from hotel reception. The operator will contact you within 24 hours to 48 hours of the tour date to confirm the pick-up location and time.
* Not suitable for Pregnant women and people with back problems, however, if a private car is booked we can do a soft drive to the camp directly.
* The minimum capacity is 5 adults so if you want to ensure a private car, please book for 5 adults.
* If you have any dietary requirements please request before the day and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
*In case of changes to timings or otherwise, we can reach out to guests directly if their working contact number is provided.
*Child seats can be provided upon request. Please mention at time of booking. If you have a child under 4 years old then a private car must be booked.
* Please note that during Ramadan there will be no loud music or belly dance performance. A traditional oud player will be part of the program playing traditional ambient music. Alcoholic beverages will not be available for purchase during Ramadan.
Know before you go
Pick up from Dubai Hotels, every day between 15:30-16:00 from hotel reception. Pick-up times vary according to the season and traffic. The operator will contact you within 24h to 48h of the tour date to confirm pick up location and time.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 06 hours in advance of booked time slot. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
