Upon arrival in Florence, your journey begins with a guided walking tour through the enchanting streets of the city center. Led by a local guide, you'll explore iconic landmarks such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore with its majestic Brunelleschi's Dome, the Giotto's Campanile, and the historic Florence Baptistery. Discover the vibrant Piazza della Repubblica, the charming Orsanmichele, the iconic Ponte Vecchio, and the legendary Piazza Signoria, home to Michelangelo's 'David' (a stunning replica awaits you, ensuring the preservation of the original at the Galleria dell'Accademia di Firenze).
After the guided tour, immerse yourself in the enchanting atmosphere of Florence at your own pace. Whether you're a fashion enthusiast exploring the city's renowned boutiques, a culinary aficionado savoring local delicacies like artisanal gelato or lampredotto sandwiches, or a connoisseur of Tuscan wines enjoying a leisurely lunch with a glass of Chianti, Florence offers something for everyone.
As the day draws to a close, indulge in a quintessential Florentine tradition with an aperitivo featuring the iconic Negroni cocktail. Sip and savor the flavors of Florence one last time before bidding farewell to this remarkable city and embarking on your return train journey to Rome, accompanied by your dedicated tour leader.
