Pick-up: Tours including transfer service from the hotel to the gathering point Pick up time from centrally located hotels: Our pick-up service takes place in the centre of Rome. Depending on traffic conditions and on the number of passengers who booked that specific tour, it takes around one hour for the bus to pick up all of the passengers. For this reason, pick-up times are shown as an interval. “Starting from 7:30” means that in order to be on time for the beginning of the tour, we will pick up you from your hotel at 7:30 or later.

religious events.
Dress Code and Clothing Restrictions:
In Rome, especially in places of worship and inside the Vatican Museums, it is strictly forbidden to bring strollers, bulky bags and umbrellas.
It is mandatory to provide a nominative list of all participants (including children) at the time of booking
If you have a metal coated pacemaker, you have to show your pacemaker identification card at the Security checks.
Customers have to bring their passport with them during the tours and show it if required.
